Diabetes is one of the most feared diseases because of its terrible impact. Worldwide, it is estimated that around 380 million people suffer from this metabolic disorder. As mentioned on the Spirit Science website, diabetes is an autoimmune disease that causes the human pancreas gland to fail to produce insulin – a hormone that converts energy from food consumed by humans. Even so, a chemical substance that is scientifically contained in several plants is thought to be able to cure and reverse the disease. This harmine chemical is the main ingredient in a psychoactive substance commonly known as ayahuasca. But before trying it you need to understand the ayahuasca for sale so it will not cause unwanted side effects.

Through Wikipedia, it is stated that the ayahuasca substance is used as a traditional medicine in spiritual ceremonies for the Amazonian indigenous people of Peru. Most users claim to hear orders from the tree or the spirit of the tree to use the substance directly. Patients will experience a weakened immune system and attack and destroy insulin-producing cells (called beta cells) in the pancreas gland. The cause of this immune system disorder is not known for certain, although scientists suspect heredity (genetics) and lifestyle are a big role in the emergence of this disease. Until now, no antidote has been able to solve the riddle of diabetes.

Research led by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai funded by JDRF and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) found that when tested on 3 different mice and a piece of human islet tissue — harmine can stimulate the formation of beta cells, and improve glycemic control. From these observations, it is suspected that harmine preparations can provide healing for diabetics in humans. After that discovery the researchers found that harmine could reproduce beta cells in culture tissue, they then inserted slices of human tissue into diabetic mice and administered harmine.

This test triggers the production of beta cells, which then return the blood glucose threshold to normal levels. The harmine substance has increased the number of beta cells by three times in the glands of experimental mice. The study tested more than 100,000 possible drugs, and only harmine was the driving force behind the proliferation of insulin-producing beta cells.
