Red Stag Bitter (3.6% abv)

A well balanced, amber-red coloured, dry bitter with fruity, slightly spicy and citrus notes. This bitter has a unique and interesting floral aroma

 

 

Mammoth (4.3% abv)

This smooth ale is distinguished by its fresh alpine taste and subtle fruit aromas, which are balanced with a lovely continental hop presence. 'Mammoth' is a refreshing light brown beer, with a delicate fruity and floral flavour.

 

 

Last Lion of Britain (5.0% abv)

A fine example of a well balanced strong ale. Reddish-brown in colour with a moderate head, 'Last Lion of Britain' has a very special aroma of red fruit and caramel with subtle earthy hops.

 

 

Red Castle Cream (4.7% abv)

This ale is full of flavour with a delightful velvety texture. The full malt character comes from a perfect mash, consisting of Munich malt and rye blends.
